Changed Your Mind? No Worries!
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your PawFur litter. This applies even if you simply change your mind!

How to Initiate a Return: Just drop us an email at info@pawfur.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

Returning Your Litter: You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure it's sent back via a recorded delivery service within 14 days of notifying us.

Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your full refund (including the original standard postage costs you paid) within 14 days.

Care for Returns: We kindly ask that you take reasonable care of the product and its packaging until it reaches us. Any damage may affect our ability to issue a full refund.

We do our very best to ensure every bag of PawFur litter is perfect. However, if your order arrives faulty, isn't fit for its purpose, or isn't as described, the 14-day limit for returns does not apply.

Reporting an Issue: Please provide photo evidence as soon as you discover a problem or damage. Send this along with a description of the issue to info@pawfur.co.uk.

Resolution: Once we've reviewed it, you'll have 30 days to arrange a return for a refund or replacement. We'll work with you to find the best solution!
Beyond 14 Days (Non-Faulty Items):
If you wish to return an item after the initial 14-day period (and it's not faulty), please contact us with a written explanation of your reason for the return. Returns in this circumstance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a full refund may not always be possible, depending on the circumstances.
Delays or Missing Orders:
In the rare event of a delayed or missing order, our liability for compensation will be limited to the value of your order. We are unable to provide additional compensation (for example, for any inconvenience caused).

How We Deliver:
All PawFur orders are lovingly picked and packed at our third-party warehouse and then delivered right to your door by Royal Mail. We currently ship to addresses within Mainland UK.
When to Expect Your Order:

Dispatch Time: We aim to get all orders shipped out within 2 working days of you placing your order. Our warehouse team works hard to get your litter on its way as quickly as possible!

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, Royal Mail usually delivers within 2-3 working days. Please note that while Royal Mail is super reliable, sometimes there can be slight variations.
Important Delivery Details (Please Read!):

Accurate Address is Key! Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. An incorrect address can unfortunately lead to delays.

Missed Deliveries: If Royal Mail attempts delivery but can't reach you, they'll usually leave a "something for you" card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because Royal Mail was unable to deliver it (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected from depot, refused delivery), we will unfortunately need to charge a £10 reprocessing and return fee per box. This covers the costs we incur from our warehouse and Royal Mail. We will then refund the remaining balance of your order. We're really sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, so please do ensure your address is correct!

Lynn kindly introduced me to the tofu cat litter. it was a pleasure to use. Not too strong a smell and not too heavy. It had a great clumping effect which really saves on wastage and doesn’t seem to get stuck on the cats paws as some others do. it may cost a little more than wood based but it probably will be more cost effective with there being less scoped out when cleaning. It’s also bio degradable so can go on a mick heap or in the brown bin.
This cat litter is great compared to other clumping litters! Theres no dust, it clumps instantly and it dosent stick to our paws like most litters do! Really light too so easy to pour into the litter trays. Love it.

We love this product! Love that it is a natural byproduct, sustainable and biodegradable. Also the natural milky aroma really does cover odour better than other products we've had. Barely any tracking and dusting as well. Honestly can't fault this litter in any way 😃
The cat litter is really easy to use and quite economical. Its absorbency is great, and the bag is convenient to open, no scissors needed ✂️, just pull it open. The only minor issue is that the granules are a bit small, so they can spill and are a little tricky to sweep up. But I use a vacuum cleaner, so it’s not a problem. Definitely a thumbs up 👍!
My cat doesn't seem too bothered at all by the change so no feedback from him unfortunately. But I'm certainly appreciating what feels like an upgrade.
